One address, read by one person. Corrections are welcome and get priority over everything else.
This is the only address I use. There is no contact form on this site, no phone line and no WhatsApp number — anyone claiming to be Spain Pulse on those channels is not. There is no form partly because it would mean collecting and storing your details on a server, and email does the same job without that.
Please write in English. I read Spanish well enough to work from official sources in it, which is most of what this site does, but I am not a native speaker and English will get you a clearer answer.
To get a useful reply, include the page you are writing about and — for a correction — the source you are relying on.
I write from Phú Thọ, Vietnam, so replies may land at an odd hour in your timezone.
Corrections
The most valuable message you can send. If a figure is out of date, a procedure has changed, or something worked differently for you than this site describes, I want to know.
Especially useful: reports that a procedure differs in your province. Much of Spanish administration is regional, and I write from outside Spain — I can read what a regional government publishes, but I cannot see how its offices actually behave. If your Ayuntamiento asked for a document this site does not mention, or an appointment worked nothing like the official description, that is information I have no other way of getting.
Corrections are made as a priority and dated. Where the change is substantive rather than cosmetic, the page records what changed.

What I cannot help with
Not legal advice. This page explains general procedures only in general terms so you know what to expect. It is not legal, tax or immigration advice, and it cannot account for your situation. I cannot review your documents, assess your eligibility, or tell you which visa route or tax treatment applies to you. Confirm anything that matters with the official body or a qualified gestor or abogado before you act on it.
This is not reluctance to be helpful. Immigration and tax questions turn entirely on specifics — nationality, dates, income sources, which region you are resident in — and an answer given without those details is worse than no answer, because you might act on it. A gestor or abogado can see your paperwork; I cannot. I also hold no professional qualification in any of this and I am not in Spain, so on your individual case a local professional is not merely the safer option — they are the better-informed one.
I also cannot book appointments, contact authorities on your behalf, or intervene in a process that has gone wrong. Spain Pulse is a website, not an agency.
What happens to your email
I use your message to answer it, and for nothing else. Your address is not added to any mailing list, never shared, and never sold. Correspondence is kept only as long as it is useful for handling the matter and then deleted. Full detail is in the privacy policy.

How quickly will you reply?
Within a few working days for most messages. Corrections jump the queue, because a wrong page costs readers more than a slow reply costs me.
Can I publish a guest post on Spain Pulse?
No. I do not accept guest posts, sponsored articles or link placements, paid or unpaid. Emails offering them are not answered.
Will you recommend my gestoría, agency or charging network?
Not in exchange for anything. I do not accept payment, free services or commission for coverage. If something is mentioned here, I chose to mention it.
Can you help with my visa or tax situation?
No, and it would be irresponsible to try. I am not a lawyer, gestor or tax adviser, and individual cases turn on details I cannot assess over email. For that you need a professional who can see your documents.
